| Our site is designed to make it easy
for anyone to market thier own property for sale or rent, without
the use of a traditional estate agent. Adding your property
is easy, simply follows the steps below: |

Firstly, click on the
Sign-Up
page to create a users account. (As a user, you will be
able to add, edit and delete your Property Ads, add unlimited
photos) |

Once you have signed
in you will land on the My Properties page. Click
'Add New Property Advert' and then click the 'Select Category'
link on the Advertise your Property Page. |

This takes you to
the Categories page you will need to select which
category you want to add your listing. i.e Property
for Sale, or Property to Let |

Then
select your required Advert Package and click to
purchase. |

You
will then be directed to our Payment Gateway where
you will need to make your payment before uploading your
Advert. |

Now, simply create
your Ad Listing! Be sure to create a detailed description
of your property, and upload as many Photos as possible.

Thats it! Your Ad is
processed in real-time and your For Sale / For Rent signboard
(if ordered) will be despatched to your door within 7-10
days! |

We accept all types
of payment via the PayPal payment Gateway, and most importantly
- you don't need a PayPal account to make a payment through
our Gateway. |

You can be sure that
your payment process is secure as all our payment transactions
are handled externally via the PayPal Payment Gateway.
PayPal operates one of the securest payment infrastructures
on the Internet. |

Simply upload your
Advert as described above under 'How to - Add your Property'
and then when you select your Payment Package, the PayPal
Gateway Payment Page will automatically open where you
will be instructed to enter your payment details. |

Upon completing the
PayPal payment process, you will be directed back to the
Site and you will be able to begin uploading your Property
Advert. |

To upload your Images
- first create your Ad by following the process outlined
above in 'How to - Add your Property', then once you have
created your Ad, in the 'My Properties' page, select
'Images' from the list of links on the right hand
size. From hereon, you can start uploading your Images,
or deleting images as required. |

We offer 10 x Photo
packages! This means that you can add up to 10 x Photos
with your Property Ad. The more photos you include with
your Ad, the greater chance you have of selling your property. |

Please note however,
that we do limit each Photo size to 500K (1/2MB). So if
your original Photos are bigger than that, then you will
need to resize them as our system wont accept them. |

There are many software
packages available on the Internet to resize images -
the one we recommend is: www.PicResize.com

Our system also enables
you Add a link to a Map of the location of your Property.

To Add a link to a
Map, simply Sign in and Add your Property as detailed
above. On the Property description page, you will come
to the following field: |

In this Field, you
simply need to insert your Map URL. There are several
excellent mapping resource available on the Internet today,
please find a list below: |

Once you have decided
which Mapping Site to use, you then simply type in your
Postcode or street into the the Search on that Site, and
then copy and paste the URL into the 'Enter Map URL' on
your new Property Ad. |

Our system also enables
you Add a link to a Virtual Tour of your Property. |

To Add a link to a
Virtual Tour, simply Sign in and Add your Property as
detailed above. On the Property description page, you
will come to the following field: |

In this Field, you
simply need to insert a Virtual Tour URL. (Please note
that we can only link to Virtual Tours hosted on the third
party server or URL). You may already have a Virtual Tour
Provider, or you might like to consider using one of these: |

Ask your Virtual Tour
Provider for a URL link to your Virtual Tour (most Virtual
Tour Providers will host your virtual tour for you). Then
simply insert your Virtual Tour URL into the Enter Virtual
Tour URL in your new Property Ad. |
